Project Overview

The Upendo Primary School Dining Hall Construction Project was launched by Mandewa Parish in 2023 to provide pupils with a safe, clean, and dignified environment where they can enjoy nutritious meals and school activities. Although remarkable progress has been made, the project has unfortunately stopped because of financial constraints. The Parish remains committed to continuing construction and completing the dining hall by 2027. Once completed, the facility will benefit hundreds of children by improving nutrition, health, learning conditions, and the overall educational environment.

Construction officially began in 2023 as part of Mandewa Parish’s commitment to improving children’s education.

🏗 Current Status

The building structure has reached an advanced stage but construction is temporarily suspended because of insufficient funds.

The Parish plans to complete the project by 2027 through partnerships with generous donors and development organizations.
